1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bat99 ("bat99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bat99.vip. By registering an account, accessing any part of the bat99 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bat99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at bat99.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the bat99 platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must discontinue use of the bat99 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

• These Terms apply to all users of bat99, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the platform from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• These Terms should be read in conjunction with bat99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bat99.
• bat99 operates as an entertainment platform. All games are provided by licensed third-party software studios. bat99 does not guarantee that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
• Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering. bat99 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific location outside of its operating territory.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

bat99 is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted to register, access, or use any part of the bat99 gaming platform under any circumstances. This restriction applies without exception, regardless of parental or guardian consent.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bat99, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity when registering a personal player account.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, and you are not accessing bat99 from such a jurisdiction via a VPN or proxy service.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bat99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any voluntary self-exclusion you have submitted directly to bat99.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds. You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not suffering from any condition that would impair your judgement or legal capacity.

bat99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate, to confirm that a player meets the eligibility criteria. Accounts that fail to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on bat99. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. bat99 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You must keep your account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share them with any other person.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your bat99 account, including any transactions, wagers, or withdrawals made while you are logged in.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bat99 support at [email protected] immediately.
• bat99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bat99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• Players in Bangladesh may register using their mobile number linked to a bKash or Nagad account for streamlined payment verification.
• bat99 reserves the right to refuse any registration at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bat99 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). bat99 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies from Bangladesh-based accounts. Currency conversion, where applicable, is the sole responsibility of the player's financial institution.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account tier and the payment method used.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bat99 account within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delay, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and account status. Standard accounts: 24–48 hours. Silver VIP: 12–24 hours. Gold VIP: 4–12 hours. Royal Purple VIP: same-day processing.
• bat99 processes withdrawals only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bat99 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• bat99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be submitted, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• bat99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or banking institution.
• bat99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals on the platform side. However, your mobile financial service provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are beyond bat99's control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bat99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made and the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• bat99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player meeting the wagering requirement, in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or any other prohibited activity.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, per mobile device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit only. Full terms, including minimum deposit amounts and wagering requirements, are published on the bat99 promotions page.
• Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day are time-limited and may have additional conditions specific to those events.
• bat99 reserves the right to modify the structure of the Royal Purple VIP program, including tier thresholds, point conversion rates, and tier benefits, at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any player found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, employing low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account permanently closed.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on bat99 are provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game title uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. bat99 does not control, modify, or influence the outcome of any game.

• bat99 is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or disconnections that occur during a gaming session, provided that such events are caused by circumstances beyond bat99's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• In the event of a malfunction in a game provided by a third-party studio, bat99 will attempt to resolve the issue in accordance with the relevant studio's dispute resolution process. During any investigation, the affected game round may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the bat99 platform. These limits are set by the game provider and bat99 respectively and are displayed within each game interface.
• Live cricket betting markets on bat99 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and accepted bets are binding once confirmed by the system.
• bat99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of sports integrity violation, in accordance with guidance from governing sports bodies including the ICC, BCB, and BPL governing committee.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are theoretical values calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player outcomes in any session.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with bat99 games or betting markets. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat99 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action being pursued against the offending party.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud bat99 or other players, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks after successful withdrawals, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Money laundering: Using the bat99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. bat99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to any suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through multiple account registrations, coordinated wagering across accounts, or any other strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Automated play: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with bat99 games or place bets on betting markets without direct human input.
• Hacking and exploitation: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or otherwise disrupt the bat99 platform, its servers, or its underlying software.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Directing threats, abusive language, or harassment towards bat99 staff, customer support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Underage registration: Registering or attempting to register an account on behalf of a person under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under 18 to use your bat99 account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bat99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspicious account activity, or at the player's own request. The following provisions govern the suspension and closure process.

• Voluntary closure: Players who wish to close their bat99 account may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and pending verification checks.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and bat99 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the player from creating a new account.
• Suspension by bat99: Accounts may be suspended pending investigation of suspicious activity, failed KYC verification, or any other issue requiring review. During a suspension, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or withdraw. bat99 will endeavour to resolve suspensions as promptly as possible.
• Permanent closure by bat99: In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or repeated violation of these Terms, bat99 may permanently close the account without prior notice. Any balance associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances unconnected to the offending activity may be returned at bat99's discretion.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. bat99 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is published on the bat99 platform. Players will be notified via their registered email address prior to any inactivity fee being applied.
• bat99 is not liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure that occurs as a direct result of a player's breach of these Terms.
